What area of web hosting(i.e. shared, resellers, dedicated servers, etc.) do you see having the largest growth in the coming years?

I think that we will always see a large growth in Shared Hosting, although with the price of Dedicated Servers becoming cheaper by the day I believe this is a market which will expand and the larger sites moving from Shared Hosting to their own dedicated box. Over the past year we have seen a huge increase in the number of startup hosting companies in the form of resellers, I feel over the next 12-18 months we will see a decline in the number of small hosting companies operating and will have a Dot5Hosting and a handful of the larger companies with the majority of the market.

Do you plan to start offering Reseller programs or dedicated servers?

We are currently working on introducing a Dedicated Server Range, over the next year we also hope to announce a reseller program to run along side our popular Affiliate Program.

How has Dot5Hosting been so successful in such a competitive industry

Dot5Hosting has always focused on its customers as the number one priority. With a dedicated customer support team and a solid backend we feel this has been our key to success. While focusing on customer service we have always tried to improve our current product for existing customers by adding new features to our award winning control panel along with a continued interaction with all our customers.

What is the one thing that keeps you up at night?

In this industry you need to be alert around the clock and act immediately to every situation no matter what the time or day, this of course is something you need to be aware of, although we have the right systems in place and a trained teamed working around the clock which can act when needed throughout the night!

Can you give us a preview of any special promotions we can expect to see in the coming months?

We have always been very pro active on our promotions, over the next few months we will continue to offer new original deals to offer the awaiting customers. I actually take an active personal role on a lot of the promotions which we run, so keep you eyes pealed!
