This week we talk to RoundBerry.com President, Rachel Daghir, and discuss web hosting and the convergence of Reseller web hosting.

Hello, Rachel, tell us about RoundBerry.com and what exciting you have planned?

We have a lot planned for this summer season. We are completing a year of 200% growth and are upgrading all of our servers with RAID and shadowing technology. We will also be rolling out Windows Web Hosting Plans in July.

We are continuing to add features to all of our web hosting plans. We are adding Fantastico, a second auto-installer script. This will bring the total to over 200 programs that can be auto installed to your web hosting account. Everything from forum boards to blogs.

Where do see the largest growth in the Web Hosting Industry?

We are seeing growth worldwide. From North America to Europe to Africa we are seeing signups across the globe. We are gearing our marketing efforts to worldwide online advertising. We predict our web hosting division will growth by 200% again this year.

Why a Web Hosting company called RoundBerry?

Ha! Ha! We fell in love with the name when we first thought of it. We wanted something different then the standard names using the words Web, Hosting, Internet or starting with a small e or i. RoundBerry just seemed to be the right name out of the 100 or so we had selected.

What quality do you personally bring to the organization?

I am a task master. I keep things moving, organized, and running smoothly.

How does RoundBerry distinguish itself in such a competitive business as We b Hosting?

We focus on Support and Customer Satisfaction. Those 2 skills do the most to retain customers. Customer retention in this business is the key to success. It is easy, through a large marketing budget, to acquire customers, but if you cannot keep them long term then the business model won’t sustain itself.

What keeps you up at night?

The excitement of the next day at work! It never stops amazing me where are customers come from or how they hear about us.
